Shiitake Mushrooms Benefits


Recent studies enhance significantly the health benefits of Shiitake mushrooms, in particular its ability to reduce cholesterol levels in the blood by the action of Eritadenina.

High blood pressure, forces the heart to greater efforts which can induce stroke situations. Regular consumption of Shiitake mushrooms can prevent the increase of blood pressure.
